Puppet Show in a Box
A portable mini theater that turns any table into a stage for storytelling and giggles.

What you'll need
- Medium cardboard box
- Child-safe scissors or craft knife (adult use)
- Colored paper or fabric scraps
- Hand puppets or sock puppets
- Markers or stickers for decoration
How to make it
- 1
Cut a rectangular window in the front of the box to create a stage opening.

Decorate the box with curtains, stars, or scenery.

Place the box on a table edge so little hands can reach underneath.
- 4
Introduce the puppets and start a simple story together.
Tip
Let your child be the narrator while you operate the puppets, then switch roles.
