Puppet Show in a Box

We laughed so much making this little theater. The funniest part was when one of us told the story while the other acted it out with the puppets. The plot kept changing, the puppets never quite did what the narrator expected, and we couldn't stop giggling.
What you'll need
- Medium cardboard box
- Child-safe scissors or craft knife (adult use)
- Colored paper or fabric scraps
- Hand puppets or sock puppets
- Markers or stickers for decoration
How to make it
- 1
Cut a rectangular window in the front of the box to create a stage opening.

Decorate the box with curtains, stars, or scenery.

Place the box on a table edge so little hands can reach underneath.

Introduce the puppets and start a simple story together.
